Accounts – Limited Companies

Using our expertise and Sage accounts production software we are able to prepare fully compliant Companies Act 2006 statutory company accounts for your limited company (whether it be a private limited company or a company limited by guarantee) from accounting records provided.

Once draft accounts have been prepared, we will forward you a copy and detail in a letter the outstanding matters which need to be considered. Following a meeting/ telephone conversation or receipt of your replies the accounts will be finalised and forwarded for your consideration.

As a matter of course we prepare filleted accounts for all our clients as these become part of the public domain and therefore the minimum information available protects our clients privacy. These are approved and signed by you and then submitted to the Registrar of Companies on the company’s behalf.

We also assist with the company’s corporation tax reporting obligations.

We can also be responsible for other information which needs to be filed at Company’s House such as:

  • Change of director or secretary’s particulars
  • Appointment and resignation of director or secretary
  • Notification of a change of accounting reference date
  • Filing a striking off application
  • Issue of shares

We offer a free registered office service to all our limited company clients. When mail is received, this is always forwarded directly to our clients.
